Bought the deluxe Devoted roses and added a box of chocolates. An extra $10 for a very small 3 piece box of chocolates?! It definitely wasn't like it was pictured on the website (it looked like a 9 piece box). Paid a little extra for the roses, but they were nothing special. I'm definitely going somewhere else next time.

Items online are not available in the store. Also, shipping is free if you order online, not free if you walk into the store. The person working when I went in the store was not friendly or helpful. I questioned whether she even wanted my business. It saddens me I had such a bad experience because I like to shop locally and help out small business owners when I can but I won't be going back any time soon.
