My wife and I had our kitchen remodeled and our bathroom in the fall of 2014 and are very pleased. From Sara who coordinates things to the guys who actually did the work to the owners Rob and Julie, we were very happy with the outcome and the experience and would recommend HRT to anyone. GREAT COMPANY - We hired the home repair team to install tile in our sunroom and entry way. We were so impressed with quality of the work done and with the staff that we had them come back and install new counter tops in our kitchen. I was shocked to see negative reviews posted because we had nothing but a great experience. We have referred multiple friends and family members to them and all have had positive experiences as well. GREAT company to work with.

The $500 was a deposit. They stole it.
I hired the home repair team to do a window installation this summer. They hedged their time and tore my house apart before looking at the window only to find out it was the wrong color! Then they charged me to put my house back together until the right window could be ordered! They did quality work in the end, but beware of paying for their mistakes!! They will start demolition before having the parts in hand to fix it! $800 mistake they made me pay for!!
These guys stole $500 from us. I tried going through the BBB to recoup the loss, but they wouldnt help. They actually sided with the business ! Look elsewhere, like a certified, carpenter, with a LOT of great references and many years of experience- then supervise their work. If theyre uncomfortable, look elsewhere, probably means they're dishonest.
I recently had all the windows and doors replaced in my mobile home by Home Repair. There were a few issues but this is to be expected with an older home. Travis, Brad, and Rob were great. The commitment this company/group of people have is OUTSTANDING. Cold, rain, they were always there to make things right. Melanie has got to be the most patient person dealing with me as I know I can be a bit hard sometimes.
