Excellent time management with check in app. Very rarely a bad cut. Friendly staff. Helpful with product recommendations.

I asked for 4 inches off my daughter hair and was getting my hair cut at the same time so i didn't see her take off 10 inches, i was horrified and my daughter is still crushed.

Depends who you get. Some hair stylist are very friendly & some are rude.

I was not happy with the end result, but they were helpful and did their best.

Always a good cut with very little wait. I like Lainey.
